Found this #reasontobefit particularly inspiring. Our bodies are designed to do such incredible things. Our self-sabotaging neuroses, unhealthy eating habits, belittling, self-betrayal, and lack of appreciation can destroy a perfectly good body in no time. Focus on the positive. Be the voice of rational reason to your friends and family. Don't ever let anyone give you crap for eating a salad or loving your workout. If you embrace it and appreciate it, your body will amaze you!
