To avoid and treat dark circles, and premature aging of your eyes- you should implement a regiment to restore health to your eyes.
Dark circles can form under the eyes for many reasons. The most common being lack of sleep, a poor diet, and stress. Take a tip from Ayurvedic Medicine and use a daily remedy of rose water and gauze. Simply grab some rose petals, or some rose petal oil. Put either a few drops of oil, or a 9-11 rose petals in water, and douse the gauze in the water, place on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. When repeated daily for a couple weeks, many people report a significant decrease in the appearance of dark circles.
In addition to your rose petal treatment, take a break from the computer screen at least every three hours. Repeat as needed.
Blink 5-6 times
Place your hands over closed eyes to add warmth for 30 seconds

If you’re feeling stressed or upset, stare at yourself in the mirror and laugh, it may be fake at first, but should quickly brighten your mood.
As a popular Chinese proverb says, "A laugh makes you ten years younger and worry turns your hair gray."
When people are joyful, their central nervous system works to strengthen their bodily functions, resulting in proper digestion and a strong metabolism. A healthy metabolism promotes a good appetite and induces a good night’s sleep.
